Nolan
Leu: Jr. Pro Staff member
Nolan
is the newest member of the Pro-Staff. He has been bowfishing for
several years and recently harvested his first whitetail with a
bow. Nolan has been featured in 2 DVD videos and wants to be in
several more. Nolan has also placed two years in a row at the Iowa
Games. |
Brady
Miller: Pro Staff member
Brady lives in MN and
lives and breathes all aspects of bowfishing, He has had the
opportunity to bowfish from the west coast to the east coast.
Brady is an active tournament shooter and has shot tournaments in
MN, IA, and MO. With more out of state tournaments planned
in the future. He has been the Points Chairman for the
Bowfishing Association of America from 2005 to the present.
And is in the points chase for the 2006 LLBA Bowfisherman of the
Year title.

Dale
Starry: Pro Staff member
Dale resides in
Southeast Oklahoma and has been bowfishing Oklahoma's lakes, rivers,
and streams for 25 years. He has bowfished from Oklahoma to Georgia
chasing everything in between. He has held 3 Oklahoma state
bowfishing records and looks forward to setting more. He owns and
operates River Rat Bowfishing Guide service based in Oklahoma
specializing in the elusive Paddlefish. Outside of his wife and kids
bowfishing is his passion. |

Joe Nichols: Pro Staff member
Joe Nichols
lives in Kentucky, which has some of the best bowfishing and hunting
around. He shot his first deer at age of ten with a bow, and
started bowfishing eight years ago. Bigheads are his specialty and
he has shot many over sixty pounds. Joe shoots about ten
tournaments a year from Kentucky to Alabama, and looks forward to
shooting more in the future. Over the past year he has taken to
filming hunts and bowfishing trips.

Kurtis
Swift: Pro Staff member
Kurtis Swift
has been a professional archer for the National Field Archery
Association for the past three years. He finished second in the
nation in the 2005 National Indoors in Louisville, Kentucky as an
amatuer. He has been bowhunting and bowfishing for fourteen years
combined. He has also been active in bowfishing tournaments
throughout the United States and has been fortunate enough to place
1st, 2nd, or 3rd in a number of
local tournaments. |
Mike
Blankenship: Pro Staff member
Mike
Blankenship resides in Kentucky. He has bowfished for three years
and bowhunted for five years. In the past three years he has
harvested several big fish including his personal best, a 50 pound
grass carp. He
is a member of the Down River Bowfishing Association
(DRBA). Mike has taken great interest in videography and is looking
forward to videoing bowfishing. |
Bob
Shepherd: Pro Staff member
Bob lives in Iowa and is obsessed with archery whether it’s hunting
deer or going after big fish. He’s bow hunted for 14 years taking a
few nice deer, and has bowfished for 15. Currently, he is an officer
for the BAI, and is a member of other sportmen’s organizations. A
few of his hunts have been filmed and he is looking forward to the
opportunity of being a member of River’s Edge Productions.

Brandon
Newby: Pro Staff member
Brandon is a avid bowfisherman from Central Wisconon. He has been
bowfishing since 1997, and is now a seasoned veteran. His list of
accomplishments include winning the IL state championships in back
to back years, including being the defending champion. He has won
the Wisconsin State Bowfishing Championship, and has also won the
WBA Team of the year in 2004, 2006, 2007. He has traveled to many
states, both for recreation and tournaments. He has placed in the
top 3 almost everytime, and has shot over 20 different species of
fish.

Clift
Powers: Pro Staff member
Clift
lives in Western Kentucky where he has hunted and fished all his
life. He is married to his wife and best friend and has 4 beautiful
children. He has bowhunted for 20 years and bowfished for 5 of those
20. He currently holds the Ky State record for the largest Bighead
Carp of 71# and a pending record for Freshwater Drum. Clift mostly
targets the larger of the species sometimes bowfishing all night for
1 shot.
